Moving Miracles dance program provides sessions in a safe, non-threatening environment for individuals to grow and develop their personal potential.
Instruction focuses on the fundamentals of movement, expanding each individual's natural movement vocabulary and studying a dance style in modified or technical form.
Our premise stems from a holistic approach, which encourages the mind/body connection. We explore dance/movement using our bodies, a variety of props, and musical selections and tools, such as visualization, imagery and mirroring. We also experience spatial relations, sensory integration, body awareness and concept formation in relation to our environment and others.
