Did you know your health insurance provider may now reimburse up to 50% or more of your child’s tuition for each dance season?

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT THROUGH YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE PROVIDER

BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York has approved Moving Miracles as a health education provider through their Alive & Lively® Program. Active members may be eligible for up to three months ($150) of tuition reimbursement. (Private sessions excluded).

Independent Health’s Flex Fit Family Program recently approved $250 in tuition assistance for all participating families enrolled in FlexFit Family.

Please call your insurance carrier for verification of coverage with the Alive & Lively® Health Education Program or Flex Fit Program, then contact the dance studio office @ 656-1321 with your information.

Please remember all accounts must be kept current throughout the dance season.
Registration and Costume/Performance fees not covered.

In order to make our registration process as easy as possible we have modified the registration  forms below so that they can be filled out online, saved and e-mailed back to us. Before you can take advantage of this time saving feature, however, we will first need to issue you a PIN number so that we can verify your identity. If you are interested in using this new time-saving feature, please contact Jill at the studio at 656-1321 or at movingmiracles_dance@verizon.net and she will gladly provide you with your own PIN.  

You should also be aware that in order to use this exciting new feature, it is necessary for you to be using Adobe Reader Ver. 8 or later. Older versions of Adobe Reader will not work. Adobe Reader is free and the newest version can be downloaded from here
