In order to make our registration process as easy as possible we have modified our forms so that they can be filled out online, saved and e-mailed back to us. Before you can take advantage of this time saving feature, however, we will first need to issue you a PIN number so that we can verify your identity. If you are interested in using this new time-saving feature, please contact Jill at the studio at 656-1321 or at movingmiracles_dance@verizon.net and she will gladly provide you with your own PIN.
You should also be aware that in order to use this exciting new feature, it is necessary for you to be using Adobe Reader Ver. 8 or later. Older versions of Adobe Reader will not work. Adobe Reader is free and the newest version can be downloaded from here
